So if you’re coming here from my Part 1 about my skincare routine, hi again! Onto part two, I only have two other items to talk about and that’s the Honey Belle Matcha Mint DIY Fresh Mask & First Aid Beauty Cleanser.
Now, I only use this mask twice a week since I don’t like masking too much and I use this cleanser every day but alternate mornings with it and the sea salt oatmeal cleanser in the mornings I exfoliate.
DIY Matcha Mint Masque
This is a DIY mask so you just add a type of liquid you can use water, milk, yogurt, honey, aloe juice, rose water and so many others. I use about 1 tablespoon of water to however much powder makes a nice not too thick paste.
Bentonite Clay is a healing clay that is helpful for removing toxins and impurities deep within in the skin. Bentonite Clay is composed of ash made from volcanos and the largest source is found in Fort Benton, Wyoming. Bentonite Clay stems back far in history and it has been reported from the Andes, Central Africa and Australia because it is readily available and required no modern type of processing. Besides removing toxins from the body the clay has an abundance of minerals such as calcium, magnesium, silica, sodium, copper, iron and potassium. This cleanser is supposed to be good for all skin types including those with sensitive skin. It is fragrance-free an removes makeup wonderfully. It leaves my skin feeling soft and supple. It has definitely helped in the reduction of red on my cheeks. pH-balanced to help maintain the natural acidity of your own skin, with daily usage I’ve seen fewer pimples.
